Meditations from the Heart Moon Institute™
At Heart Moon Institute, we emphasize the importance of being in balance and harmony at work, school, home, and the world at large. One of our missions at the Institute is to guide all who seek self awareness.
One way to become self aware is to meditate daily. It doesn’t need to be a long arduous process. Taking 10 to 15 minutes out of your busy stressful day can make a big difference. Simply breathing in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, and then releasing the breath out through your mouth slowly, will immediately relax your body and mind. Doing this simple technique in a quiet place, will enhance your experience.
The following two meditations may help to facilitate self reflection. There are numerous ways to meditate. What is important is that you resonate with the technique and remember to breath - Enjoy the meditations.

Heart Moon Prayer for Global Peace
Oh Divine Creator,
We first acknowledge our part
in making planet earth what it is today.
With an open heart, We pledge
...to share your Divine love and light
with every soul we meet.
...to give a word of kindness whenever we hear words of hatred.
...to find a solution for peace,
where ever we encounter violence.
...to offer a smile to all we come in contact with.
...to help transmute environmental destruction
by teaching others to appreciate and cherish the magnificent beauty of Mother Nature.
We pledge...
...our heart to your heart.

Golden Chain - Namu Shakyamuni Butsu
I am a link in Lord Buddha's golden chain of love that stretches around the world.
I must keep my link bright and strong.
I will try to be kind and gentle to every living thing and protect all who are weaker than myself.
I will try to think pure and beautiful thoughts, to say pure and beautiful words,
and do pure and beautiful deeds.
May every link in Lord Buddha's golden chain of love become bright and strong,
and may we all attain perfect peace.
